Deborah Mackin is an RSA qualified teacher who has been teaching fitness to women for nearly twenty years. During that time she has developed a special interest in womens health and the challenges they face during pregnancy and motherhood to stay fit and healthy.
Having had three lovely children over a fourteen year period, Deborah has personally experienced those challenges: insatiable cravings; huge tiredness; depression; 24 hour nausea and weight gains of four stone each time.
