Case Studies

1. Mrs Sarah Trigg
When her baby was seven months old Sarah bought a copy of 'Getting Back'. This was the first and only video that she had bought. Sara had not considered herself in shape at any stage of her pregnancy and had used 'Getting Back' for three months at least twice or three times a week.

4. Mrs E Sheridan, Ruislip, Middlesex

Mrs Sheridan was delighted to find a suitable video to buy following the birth of her baby.

" Really enjoying the video ['Getting Back'] - very effective. Was afraid of injuring myself, as I felt very weak. This video was very gentle and reassuring - building up slowly. Lovely to see clips of Deborah's family life and exercise classes. I would like a 'Get ready for the Next Baby video! "

Initially satisfied with her shape before and during her pregnancy, she was delighted to find that after five months effort with following 'Getting Back' she was easily back into shape. Her routine consisted of using the video at least once a day, but recently due to an active, awake baby has had to lower the frequency, but still wishes to continue indefinitely.

5. Mrs Higham, London

Mrs Higham wore out her first copy of 'Getting Back' and has recently purchased a replacement.
